More Information »The calcium-sensing receptor (CaSR) is a G-protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) that senses extracelluar Ca2+. The CaSR has wide tissue expression being found in the parathyroid gland, thyroid, kidney, intestine, skin, brain, heart, pancreas, bone and lung.
