More Information »The GPER (G protein-coupled estrogen receptor, GPR30) is a membrane protein that binds estrogen leading to estrogen-mediated adenylyl cyclase stimulation. The receptor is widely distributed in neural, breast, placental, heart, ovarian, prostate and hepatic tissues.
