Inhibitor of Rac family GTPases. Blocks activation by direct binding to Rac1, Rac1b, Rac2 and Rac3 (KD values are 40, 50, 60 and 250 nM respectively). Inhibits Rac, Ras and Tiam-induced growth transformation of NIH-3T3 fibroblasts. Reduces β-amyloid peptide production in vivo.

Preparing Stock Solutions
The following data is based on the product molecular weight 581.47. Batch specific molecular weights may vary from batch to batch due to solvent of hydration, which will affect the solvent volumes required to prepare stock solutions.
|Concentration / Solvent Volume / Mass||1 mg||5 mg||10 mg|
|1 mM||1.72 mL||8.6 mL||17.2 mL|
|5 mM||0.34 mL||1.72 mL||3.44 mL|
|10 mM||0.17 mL||0.86 mL||1.72 mL|
|50 mM||0.03 mL||0.17 mL||0.34 mL|
The reconstitution calculator allows you to quickly calculate the volume of a reagent to reconstitute your vial. Simply enter the mass of reagent and the target concentration and the calculator will determine the rest.
