Biological ActivityCell-permeable version of dynamin inhibitory peptide (Cat. No. 1774), an inhibitor of the GTPase dynamin that competitively blocks binding of dynamin to amphiphysin, preventing endocytosis. Reduces NMDA receptor internalization.
