Biological Activity for TC SL C5

TC SL C5 is a metastasis-associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1 (Malat1) RNA inhibitor (KD = 2.9 μM). Binds Malat1 3' terminal stability element for nuclear expression (ENE) triplex. Reduces Malat1 RNA levels by 54% and branching morphogenesis by 38% in mammary tumor organoids. Modulates Malat1 downstream genes without affecting Neat1.
