Biological Activity for Lin28 1632

Lin28 1632 is a RNA binding protein Lin28 inhibitor (IC50 = 8 μM). Blocks binding of Lin28 to let-7 pre-micro RNA. Inhibits stemness and induces differentiation of murine ESCs. Increases let-7 miRNA and suppresses PD-L1 expression in multiple human cancer cell lines. Inhibits growth of tumor cell lines and tumor-sphere formation in vitro. Also inhibits growth of tumor xenografts in mice by enhancing T cell-mediated antitumor immunity. Also bromodomain inhibitor.
