Evans Blue tetrasodium salt
Potent inhibitor of L-glutamate uptake into synaptic vesicles. Also inhibits AMPA and kainate receptor-mediated currents (IC50 values are 220 and 150 nM respectively). P2X-selective purinoceptor antagonist.
