Biological Activity
Trypan Blue Solution 0.4%, sterile filtered is a common dye enabling accurate assessment of cell viability. It can be used in a dye exclusion test to determine the number of live and dead cells in a sample. This test is based on the principle that Trypan Blue only enters cells with damaged membranes, making them appear blue and leaving live cells unstained. Trypan Blue Solution 0.4%, sterile filtered can be used for cell therapy applications.
