Biological Activity for Tilfrinib

Tilfrinib is a potent and selective breast tumor kinase (Brk, also known as tyrosine-protein kinase 6, PTK6) inhibitor (IC50 = 3.15 nM). Exhibits >1000-fold selectivity for Brk over a panel of other kinases. Inhibits proliferation of breast cancer cells in vitro.
