Biological Activity for NVS-CECR2-1
NVS-CECR2-1 is a potent and selective CECR2 (cat eye syndrome chromosome region, candidate 2) inhibitor (IC50 = 47 nM). Selective for CECR2 over a panel of bromodomains.
A concentration of 1 μM is recommended for use in cellular assays.
