ML 7 hydrochloride
Selective MLCK inhibitor (Ki = 0.3 μM). Exhibits more potent inhibition than ML 9 hydrochloride (Cat. No. 0431) Displays reversible, ATP-competitive inhibition of Ca2+-calmodulin-dependent and -independent smooth muscle MLCKs. Inhibits proplatelet formation and stabilization.

Preparing Stock Solutions
The following data is based on the product molecular weight 452.74. Batch specific molecular weights may vary from batch to batch due to solvent of hydration, which will affect the solvent volumes required to prepare stock solutions.
|Concentration / Solvent Volume / Mass||1 mg||5 mg||10 mg|
|1 mM||2.21 mL||11.04 mL||22.09 mL|
|5 mM||0.44 mL||2.21 mL||4.42 mL|
|10 mM||0.22 mL||1.1 mL||2.21 mL|
|50 mM||0.04 mL||0.22 mL||0.44 mL|
