Biological Activity for UCB 9386

UCB 9386 is a potent and selective central nervous system penetrant NUAK1 (NUAK family SnF1-like kinase-1) inhibitor (pIC50= 10.1). Kinome selectivity measured in the diversity panel shows that only Jak2 and Nuak2 are inhibited more than 50% at 10 nM. In vivo, UCB 9386 exhibits high brain penetrance.

Programmed Cell Death Poster

Programmed Cell Death Poster

There are two currently recognized forms of programmed cell death: apoptosis and necroptosis. This poster summarizes the signaling pathways involved in apoptosis, necroptosis and cell survival following death receptor activation, and highlights the influence of the molecular switch, cFLIP, on cell fate.
