Biological Activity for K 22

K 22 is a viral RNA synthesis inhibitor; targets membrane-bound coronaviral RNA replication by inhibiting double membrane vesicle (DMV) formation. Inhibits HCoV-229E infection of MRC-5 cells in a plaque forming assay (IC50 = 0.7 μM). Also inhibits HCoV-229E and MERS-CoV replication in human airway epithelia cultures.

Preparing Stock Solutions for K 22

The following data is based on the product molecular weight 505.41. Batch specific molecular weights may vary from batch to batch due to the degree of hydration, which will affect the solvent volumes required to prepare stock solutions.

Select a batch to recalculate based on the batch molecular weight:
Concentration / Solvent Volume / Mass 1 mg 5 mg 10 mg
1 mM 1.98 mL 9.89 mL 19.79 mL
5 mM 0.4 mL 1.98 mL 3.96 mL
10 mM 0.2 mL 0.99 mL 1.98 mL
50 mM 0.04 mL 0.2 mL 0.4 mL
