Biological Activity for BDY FL Lenalidomide

BDY FL Lenalidomide is a fluorescent cereblon ligand. It can be used in time-resolved fluorescence resonance energy-transfer (TR-FRET) cereblon binding assays for PROTAC® Degrader development. This assay is highly sensitive, selective, and stable. Excitation and emission maxima (λ) are 506 and 508 nm, respectively.

PROTAC® is a registered trademark of Arvinas Operations, Inc., and is used under license.
