Blocker of Kir1.1 channels; displays >250-fold selectivity for Kir1.1 (Kd values are 1.1, 274 and 361 nM for Kir1.1, Kir3.1/3.2 and Kir3.1/3.4 respectively). Derivative of tertiapin-Q (Cat. No. 1316).
