TC-E 5007 inhibits CaMKII phosphorylation in cardiomyocytes.
By Christopher Trummer on 10/22/2018
Assay Type: In Vitro
Species: Mouse
Cell Line/Tissue: cardiomyocytes

HL-1 cardiomyocytes were treated with TC-E 5007 (1 µM) for 0-60 min and CaMKII phosphorylation was assessed using Western blot.

TC-E 5007 impairs Ca2+ transient relaxation.
By Chintan Koyani on 10/13/2018
Assay Type: In Vitro
Species: Mouse
Cell Line/Tissue: primary ventricular cardiomyocytes

Representative Ca2+ transient traces of control and a TC-E 5007 (2 µM and 2 h for all)-treated mouse ventricular cardiomyocytes stimulated at 1 Hz frequency. TC-E 5007 increased Ca2+ transient relaxation tau.
