HL-1 cardiomyocytes were treated with TC-E 5007 (1 µM) for 0-60 min and CaMKII phosphorylation was assessed using Western blot.
Representative Ca2+ transient traces of control and a TC-E 5007 (2 µM and 2 h for all)-treated mouse ventricular cardiomyocytes stimulated at 1 Hz frequency. TC-E 5007 increased Ca2+ transient relaxation tau.
