Fluorescently labelled peptide derived from human ACE2 (SBP1, Cat. No. 7233). Composed of SBP1 conjugated to FITC (Fluorescein-5-isothiocyanate; Cat. No. 5440). SBP1 binds to the receptor binding domain (RBD) of SARS-CoV-2 spike protein with high affinity (Kd = 47 nM).
(Modifications: Ile-1 = FITC-PEG4-Ile, Ser-23 = C-terminal amide)
