Biological Activity for NVP-TNKS656

NVP-TNKS656 is a potent inhibitor of tankyrase enzymes (pIC50 values are 7.8 and 8.2 for TNSK1 and TNKS2 respectively). It displays >5000 selectivity over PARP1 and PARP2. In vivo, it disrupts Wnt pathway activity in the MMTV-Wnt1 mouse xenograft model. NVP-TNKS656 is used to generate neurons from epiblast stem cells. NVP-TNKS656 is orally bioavailable.
