Blocker of TRPC4 channels (IC50 values are 0.96 and 2.6 μM in fluorescent and electrophysiological assays, respectively). Exhibits 19-fold selectivity against TRPC6 and 9-fold selectivity against TRPC5; displays no significant activity at TRPV1, TRPV3, TRPA1 and TRPM8 channels at concentrations up to 22 μM.

Preparing Stock Solutions
The following data is based on the product molecular weight 226.32. Batch specific molecular weights may vary from batch to batch due to solvent of hydration, which will affect the solvent volumes required to prepare stock solutions.
|Concentration / Solvent Volume / Mass||1 mg||5 mg||10 mg|
|1 mM||4.42 mL||22.09 mL||44.19 mL|
|5 mM||0.88 mL||4.42 mL||8.84 mL|
|10 mM||0.44 mL||2.21 mL||4.42 mL|
|50 mM||0.09 mL||0.44 mL||0.88 mL|
The reconstitution calculator allows you to quickly calculate the volume of a reagent to reconstitute your vial. Simply enter the mass of reagent and the target concentration and the calculator will determine the rest.
