Biological Activity for MI 14
MI 14 is a potent and selective PI 4-K IIIβ inhibitor (IC50 = 54 nM). Exhibits >1,800-fold selectivity for PI 4-K IIIβ over PI 4-K IIIα and PI 4-K IIα, respectively. Exhibits antiviral activity against single-stranded positive sense RNA viruses in HeLa cell-based assays.
