Biological Activity for LTURM 36

LTURM 36 is a PI 3-kinase δ inhibitor (IC50 values are 0.64 and 5.0 μM for PI-3Kδ and PI3Kβ, respectively). Exhibits anticancer activity in a renal cancer cell line.
