BRACO 19 trihydrochloride
Telomerase inhibitor (IC50 = 115 nM). Inhibits expression of human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT), induces cellular senescence and inhibits growth of uterine cancer cells in vitro. Inhibits growth of uterine tumor xenografts in mice.

Preparing Stock Solutions
The following data is based on the product molecular weight 703.14. Batch specific molecular weights may vary from batch to batch due to solvent of hydration, which will affect the solvent volumes required to prepare stock solutions.
|Concentration / Solvent Volume / Mass||1 mg||5 mg||10 mg|
|1 mM||1.42 mL||7.11 mL||14.22 mL|
|5 mM||0.28 mL||1.42 mL||2.84 mL|
|10 mM||0.14 mL||0.71 mL||1.42 mL|
|50 mM||0.03 mL||0.14 mL||0.28 mL|
