Biological Activity for AM-TS23
DNA polymerase λ and β inhibitor (IC50 values are 3.9 and 18.2 μM, respectively). Sensitizes human colorectal cancer cells to hydrogen peroxide and temozolomide (Cat. No. 2706) in vitro.
