Biological Activity for 7-Hydroxy-DPAT hydrobromide
7-Hydroxy-DPAT hydrobromide is a D3 dopamine receptor agonist (Ki values are ~ 1, 10, 650 and ~ 5000 nM for D3, D2, D4 and D1 receptors respectively).
8-Hydroxy Isomer also available.
