Biological Activity

D3 dopamine receptor agonist (Ki values are ~ 1, 10, 650 and ~ 5000 nM for D3, D2, D4 and D1 receptors respectively). (R)-(+)-8-Hydroxy-DPAT hydrobromide (Cat. No. 1080) and 8-Hydroxy-DPAT hydrobromide (Cat. No 0529) also available.
