Description: Myosin-ATPase inhibitor

Biological Activity

Inhibits myosin-ATPase and induces Ca2+ release from the sarcoplasmic reticulum. Also an anticonvulsant, able to suppress current induced by GABA, glycine and kainate, possibly by altering the phosphorylation state of sites on their receptors.
