The clot lysis activity screening of the crude enzymes (100µl each) was done as triplet on 0.5 ml human blood with SC-9 kinase (30,000 IU/ml) as positive control and distilled water as negative thrombolytic control. All the crude enzymes of mutated Isolates showed good clot lysis activity.
