Biological Activity

Wnt signaling inhibitor. Binds the PDZ domain of the Dishevelled (Dvl) protein. Inhibits proliferation, migration and TGF-β-induced differentiation of fibroblasts in vitro. Reduces severity of pulmonary fibrosis in a mouse model.
