Biological Activity

Oxoeicosanoid receptor 1 (OXE-R) modulator. Selectively inhibits Gβγ but not Gαi signaling upon activation of the Gαi-βγ heterotrimer by OXE-R. Inhibits Gβγ-mediated opening of GIRK1/2 channels in HEK293 cells.
