Calcium-sensing receptor (CaSR) agonist; induces NLRP3 inflammasome activation in bone marrow-derived macrophages. Blocks stretch-activated calcium channels; inhibits increase in intracellular calcium ion concentration in hypotonic-stimulated pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells. Has been demonstrated to block TRPML channel currents and other TRP channels.

Preparing Stock Solutions
The following data is based on the product molecular weight 263.61. Batch specific molecular weights may vary from batch to batch due to solvent of hydration, which will affect the solvent volumes required to prepare stock solutions.
|Concentration / Solvent Volume / Mass||1 mg||5 mg||10 mg|
|1 mM||3.79 mL||18.97 mL||37.93 mL|
|5 mM||0.76 mL||3.79 mL||7.59 mL|
|10 mM||0.38 mL||1.9 mL||3.79 mL|
|50 mM||0.08 mL||0.38 mL||0.76 mL|
The reconstitution calculator allows you to quickly calculate the volume of a reagent to reconstitute your vial. Simply enter the mass of reagent and the target concentration and the calculator will determine the rest.
