Biological Activity

Dynein inhibitor. Inhibits dynein 1 and dynein 2-dependent microtubule gliding (IC50 values are 2.3 and 2.6 μM, respectively). Inhibits hedgehog signaling in vitro (IC50 = 1.9 μM). Displays reversible inhibition of retrograde and anterograde intraflagellar transport in Chlamydomonas; displays stronger inhibition of retrograde transport.

Preparing Stock Solutions

The following data is based on the product molecular weight 486.7. Batch specific molecular weights may vary from batch to batch due to the degree of hydration, which will affect the solvent volumes required to prepare stock solutions.

Select a batch to recalculate based on the batch molecular weight:
Concentration / Solvent Volume / Mass 1 mg 5 mg 10 mg
0.2 mM 10.27 mL 51.37 mL 102.73 mL
1 mM 2.05 mL 10.27 mL 20.55 mL
2 mM 1.03 mL 5.14 mL 10.27 mL
10 mM 0.21 mL 1.03 mL 2.05 mL
