Biological Activity for DPTN

DPTN is a potent and selective A3 adenosine receptor antagonist (Ki values are in the range 0.36 - 1.65 nM (hA3AR) and 1.6 - 8.53 nM (rA3AR)). Reduces intrapulmonary pressure when combined with Dexamethasone (Cat. No. 1126).
