Biological Activity for CPS2
CPS2 is a potent and selective CDK2 Degrader (PROTAC®) (IC50 = 24 nM). It induces CDK2 degradation in several AML cell lines, including NB4, U937, OCI-AML2, OCI-AML3 and Kasumi-1 cells. It induces differentiation of AML cell lines, primary AML cells, and granulocytic differentiation of HSCs.
PROTAC® is a registered trademark of Arvinas Operations, Inc., and is used under license.

This poster summarizes the main epigenetic targets in cancer. The dysregulation of epigenetic modifications has been shown to result in oncogenesis and cancer progression. Unlike genetic mutations, epigenetic alterations are considered to be reversible and thus make promising therapeutic targets.
