great to use for the synthesis of complexes and for its use in biological assays.
By Anonymous on 07/02/2019
Species: Human

I used it to prepare a complex at 1mM concentration.

The product is highly soluble in water thus the most suitable solvent for it to use.

Kinase Assay ATP Kinetics.
By Brian Englar on 02/06/2019
Assay Type: In Vitro
Species: Human

Used this ATP for kinase assays with IRAK4 and a TAK1 inhibitor to determine Km and Vmax. Worked well with no issues and can freeze thaw with no issues.

Great for kinase assays and kinetics.
By Scott Scarneo on 02/06/2019
Assay Type: In Vitro
Species: Human

I used this product for a kinase assay to look at enzyme kinetics. Worked great and was pure with no issues on solubility or contamination.

Exreacellular ATP stimulates IL-1b production in macrophages.
By Chintan Koyani on 10/23/2018
Assay Type: In Vitro
Species: Mouse
Cell Line/Tissue: Macrophages

RAW macrophages were incubated with ATP (5 mM) for 4 h to follow IL-1b mRNA expression using qPCR. ATP treatment induced inflammatory signalling in macrophages most likely via P2 receptor.

P2 agonist.
By Anonymous on 05/17/2018
Assay Type: Ex Vivo
Species: Mouse

ATP, as expected, activates multiple P2 receptor responses, in cell culture and in brain slices.
