I used it to prepare a complex at 1mM concentration.
The product is highly soluble in water thus the most suitable solvent for it to use.
Used this ATP for kinase assays with IRAK4 and a TAK1 inhibitor to determine Km and Vmax. Worked well with no issues and can freeze thaw with no issues.
I used this product for a kinase assay to look at enzyme kinetics. Worked great and was pure with no issues on solubility or contamination.
RAW macrophages were incubated with ATP (5 mM) for 4 h to follow IL-1b mRNA expression using qPCR. ATP treatment induced inflammatory signalling in macrophages most likely via P2 receptor.
ATP, as expected, activates multiple P2 receptor responses, in cell culture and in brain slices.
