ARN 726 New
Potent N-acylethanolamine acid amidase (NAAA) inhibitor (IC50 values are 27 nM and 63 nM for human and rat NAAA, respectively). Displays anti-inflammatory effects in human macrophages ex vivo and mouse models of lung inflammation and arthritis. Also used as NAAA activity-based protein profiling (ABPP) probe to detect NAAA in cell lysates or intact cells.
