Biological Activity for Aprepitant

Aprepitant is a potent long-acting hNK-1 antagonist, (IC50 = 0.09 nM and Kd = 19 pM). Inhibits induced foot-tapping in gerbils. CNS penetrant and orally bioavailable. Antiemetic.
