Biological Activity for ABT
ABT is a cytochrome P450 inhibitor. Inhibits synthesis of the eicosanoid 20-hydroxyeicosatetraenoic acid (20-HETE). Reduces intimal hyperplasia and vascular remodeling following endothelial injury in rat carotid arteries.
