Biological Activity

Potent Mer kinase inhibitor. Displays >55-fold selectivity for Mer kinase over other TAM receptor tyrosine kinase family members (IC50 values are 4.3 nM, 0.25 μM and 0.36 μM for Mer, Tyro3 and Alk, respectively). Inhibits Mer phosphorylation in vitro. Also inhibits platelet aggregation in response to Type I collagen.
