Biological Activity

S-nitrosylated binding (SNOB) reagents detect cysteine residues that have been S-nitrosylated by nitric oxide. SNOB 1 can be used as part of a single-step assay to label S-nitrosylated proteins with biotin for detection by Western blotting or proteomic analysis. Negative SNOB 1 control (Cat. No. 3880) available.
