To inhibit adenosine A1 receptor in isolated pig afferent arteriole from kidney. We have performed calcium imaging study using this compound. We have also used pyr3 from Tocris and published results in AJP-renal journal recently. American Journal of Physiology-Renal Physiology 313 (6), F1216-F1222
