Biological Activity for Serotonin hydrochloride

Serotonin hydrochloride is an endogenous agonist at 5-HT receptors and endogenous substrate for 5-HT transporters. Neurotransmitter that has roles in regulation of mood, emesis, sexuality, sleep and appetite in vivo. Caged serotonin is also available (Cat.No. 3991).
