Discontinued ProductNetilmicin sulfate (Cat. No. 6339) has been withdrawn from sale for commercial reasons.
Binds the transactivation response element (TAR) of HIV-1 (Kd = 1.35 μM) and inhibits its interaction with Tat. Exhibits >35-fold selectivity for HIV-1 TAR over HIV-2 TAR or A-site and RRE RNA.
