Biological Activity for LY 311727

Selective secreted phospholipase A2 (sPLA2) inhibitor (IC50 values are <1 μM for group IIA and <50 μM for group V). Attenuates VEGF-mediated platelet-activating factor (PAF) synthesis in BAEC and HUVEC cells at a concentration of 100 μM.
