Biological Activity for C 176

C 176 is a mSTING antagonist. Covalently binds Cys91 of mouse but not human STING. Blocks activation-induced palmitoylation of STING and formation of STING clusters. Reduces CMA (Cat. No. 6677) -induced increase in serum IFNs in vivo and suppresses systemic inflammation in a mouse inflammatory disease model.
