ATI 2341 is a CXCR4 allosteric agonist (EC50 = 194 nM). Induces chemotaxis in CXCR4-expressing cells in vitro. Mobilizes polymorphonuclear neutrophils (PMNs) and hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs) from bone marrow niche in vivo. Exhibits biased signaling towards Gi proteins over G13 and β-arrestin.

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic destructive inflammatory autoimmune disease that results from a breakdown in immune tolerance, for reasons that are as yet unknown. This poster summarizes the pathology of RA and the inflammatory processes involved, as well as describing some of the epigenetic modifications associated with the disease and the potential for targeting these changes in the discovery of new treatments.
