Cat. No. 5766
Chemical Name: 1-[[4-[(3,4-Dichlorophenyl)methoxy]
Biological ActivityPotent and selective S1P5 agonist (EC50 values are 4.1 and 5.7 nM in cAMP and GTPγS assays, respectively). Exhibits 60-fold selectivity over S1P1, and >1,600-fold selectivity over S1P2-4, and a panel of 129 kinases and 79 receptors. Improves blood-brain barrier integrity in vitro and reverses age-related cognitive decline in vivo. Orally available.
