Half-Life

The half-life (t½) of a drug in vivo is the time taken for its concentration in plasma to decline to half its original level. When this information is known for a Tocris compound we publish it in the product biological description. Due to the novelty of some Tocris products, this information may not be available in the published literature. Therefore, we may not always be able to provide a definitive value for the half-life of these products.
