Biological Activity for Virodhamine trifluoroacetate

Virodhamine trifluoroacetate is a TFA salt of virodhamine, an endogenous cannabinoid receptor mixed agonist/antagonist that is found in higher concentrations peripherally than anandamide. Virodhamine is a full agonist at GPR55 and CB2 and partial agonist/antagonist at CB1 (EC50 values are 12, 381 and 2920 nM at GPR55, CB2 and CB1 receptors respectively).
