Biological Activity for TFRGAP-NH2

TFRGAP-NH2 is a protease-activated receptor 3 (PAR3) peptide agonist. In vitro, it increases the expression of heme oxygenase (HO)-1 in osteoarthritis synovial fibroblasts (OASFs).
