Biological Activity for NCT 02

NCT 02 acts as a molecular glue that induces proteasomal degradation of CCNK and CDK12 in colorectal cancer spheroid cells in vitro (IC50 ≤ 50 μM). NCT 02 also induces apoptosis and the downregulation of genes involved in DNA damage repair.
