Biological Activity for MYX 1715

MYX 1715 is a N-myristoyltransferase inhibitor (NMT). MYX 1715 selectively kills senescent cancer cells in mouse models of paediatric pituitary tumors and liver cancer, and prevents tumor growth in mouse xenografts. In mouse models of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) and NASH, MYX 1715 reduces both lung and liver fibrosis, and decreases inflammation and steatosis.
